Prior to starting her own business, Diane was an assistant vice-president at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where she recruited and trained MBAs the Institutional Sales and Trading Training Program.

 As a training specialist at Salomon Brothers, she designed and delivered presentation skills and management development courses.

 As the senior associate for The Executive Technique, a Madison Avenue communications firm, she trained managers and executives of Fortune 500 companies in presentation skills.

 Diane worked for ten years as a speech therapist for the New York City schools and holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University.

 An adjunct faculty member for Cornell University since 1984, she presently teaches speech courses for New York University and American Management Association. She pioneered the first listening course for the Continuing Education Department of New York University.

 In 1993, she was invited by the Alliance for American and Russian Women, to speak to Russian women in Moscow and St. Petersburg about "Selling to the American Market."

 In 1996, she was the featured speaker for the Public Housing Authority Directors Association Conference. Using distance-learning technology, the conference was broadcast to over 500 directors and several satellite offices.

 Diane is listed in the World Who's Who of Women and has been published in Business Start-Ups, Training & Development, The Retail Challenge, Sharing Ideas, The Small Business Gazette, and has been a guest on cable TV. She is presently writing a book about public speaking.

 Diane is past president of National Speakers Association/NY Tri-state chapter and was awarded the Golden Mic for excellence in speaking and service to the chapter. She is also a member of the International Listening Association and Alliance of Sales & Marketing Executives.

Diane resides in Staten Island, New York with her husband Ed, is a volunteer community mediator.
