In 2000 Jill began North Star Hospitality, LLC. She provides consulting services, conducts supervisory and staff development programs and seminars for the spectrum of customer-oriented businesses. Current and prior clients include; hotels, senior living communities, health care businesses, school systems and major Department of Defense Commands.
North Star Hospitality's philosophy is to implement training programs that enhance the guest experience, inspire employees and educate supervisors. Jill has a Masters Degree in Adult Training and Secondary Education and she holds a Certified Hospitality Administrator designation. In addition, Jill is a certified Virginia Court Mediator. Jill is also a triathlete and an accomplished sailor.
